Sign Up for a Volunteer or Donation Opportunity
We use SignUpGenius for specific volunteer shifts, event needs and donation requests. You do not need to join a committee to participate—simply choose an available opportunity that works for you.
New sign-ups will also be shared through BAND, the PTO website, social media and other PTO communications.
Join a PTO Committee on BAND
We use BAND for ongoing committee communication and planning. Each committee has its own private group where members can share ideas, receive updates and help coordinate PTO activities throughout the year.
Select a committee below to join its BAND group. If you do not already use BAND, you’ll be prompted to create a free account or download the app.
Joining a committee keeps you connected, but it does not mean you have to volunteer for every project. Participate whenever your interests and schedule allow.

Community Events & Fundraising Committee
Plan PTO events, coordinate volunteers, build community partnerships and support fundraising efforts throughout the year.
Great for: Those that enjoy event planning, fundraising, organization, community outreach, volunteer coordination and working with local businesses.

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Committee
Celebrate and support Reidville teachers and staff through appreciation activities, special recognition and thoughtful gestures throughout the year.
Great for: Those that enjoy decorating, organizing meals and treats, coordinating donations, interacting with teachers & school staff and creative ideas.

Communications Committee
Keep Reidville families informed and connected through PTO communications, including our website, social media, graphics, newsletters and promotional materials.
Great for: Those with experience in Canva, graphic design, social media, photography, writing, website updates and communications.
